OVERVIEW

Streamline Defense is seeking a Counterintelligence (CI) Specialist at the Senior-level to support the USINDOPACOM Intelligence Directorate (J2), located in Honolulu, HI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinates with Counterintelligence (CI) Service elements and components on the DoD 5240 series of policies.
2. Provide linkage between the Combatant Commander (CCMD) and the Counterintelligence (CI) elements conducting CI activities in the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of USINDOPACOM and Joint Staff's CI strategy and plans; integrate CI into CCMD and Joint Staff planning, operations, and exercises, and other activities.
4. Identify and forward command resource requirements; coordinate CI support as needed; and oversee CI activities supporting the CCMD headquarters and geographically separated elements.
5. Provide for the staff supervision, awareness, de-confliction, and coordination of CI activities and policies within CCMD AOR.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be willing to take a CI polygraph, if required.
2. Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
3. Prior JS/Joint/CCMD J2X experience highly desired.
4. Prior experience supporting Service/Component CI Requirements highly desired.
5. Familiarity with the range of CI operations (Defensive and Offensive).
