We are hiring for a National Account Director supporting our FUJIFILM North America Corporation Imaging Division - Personal Photo Products Group (PPPG). This position will have responsibilities to develop and grow our PPPG business. Areas of responsibilities will focus on expanding and growing our sales with existing accounts, while also acquiring and developing new business opportunities.

This position is a remote position preferably located on the East Coast.

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. The National Account Director is responsible for managing existing business relationships, acquisition of new customers, while developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across their designated accounts and prospects. They set performance targets and ensure alignment with the company's overall goals.
2. Additionally, they analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance nationwide.
3. Directly manage and monitor all designated account communications as it relates to day-to-day operations, SLA, customer service and fulfillment management.
4. Manage the execution, negotiation and maintenance of all customer contracts and agreements.
5. Responsible for the development and defining new customer onboarding and product acceptance requirements, including but not limited to defining the integration method, requirements, timelines and program needs.
6. Work with external accounts and internal teams to provide accurate, timely material forecasts to the operations and procurement teams.
7. Develop and oversee short term (annual) and mid/long term (2-3yr) account growth goals, including the growth of existing products, product expansion opportunities and growth of services Fujifilm offers.
8. Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets to drive revenue and account growth.
9. Actively monitor sales performance, create sales models and proformas and participate in budgetary planning and support.
10. Lead “sales” and "Sell in" activities for new prospective customers, including maintaining an active sales pipeline and tracking your account activity in our sales software (i.e. Monday.com). Procuring, creation and/or maintenance of sales collateral (presentations, market research, samples, etc.)

Accountability / Scope of Position

• The National Account Director – PPPG will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business. This role will be responsible for supporting annual growth targets of existing accounts as well as be responsible for the acquisition of new customers which meets our business objectives.

Required Skills/Education

1. Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or 10+ years of professional business experience.
2. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably business to business within order fulfillment industry.
3. Strong understanding of the sales process, techniques, and the selling cycle.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. Strong negotiation, teamwork, and communication skills.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Business analysis and reporting skills.
8. Availability to travel 15% domestically.

Desired Skills

1. Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite of products.
2. Knowledge of the Printing, Photography and/or print on demand industry and its competitive landscape.
3. Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
5. Experience with forecasting and sales reporting.
6. Understanding of supply chain management and operations.
