About us:

Lead Enterprise business within a region ensuring enterprise accounts can operate successfully in the country, as efficiently as possible; enterprise growth opportunities are maximized; and EA operations are compliant with statutory and company policies.

What you'll do:

  1. Responsible for ensuring GWS EA operations in the US are in line with regulatory and statutory obligations.
  2. Runs EA platform/support function teams in the US as efficiently as possible, ensuring the right level of support in the country for scale of business and driving continuous improvement in efficiency.
  3. Ensures successful implementation of enabling functions transformation in the US.
  4. Coordinates response in the country to emergencies/crises (e.g., natural disasters) and ensures appropriate BCPs are in place across the business in the US.
  5. Owns US statutory matters affecting GWS Enterprise and coordinates with relevant parties and SMEs to ensure resolution.
  6. Owns property portfolio strategy for the US, driving portfolio optimization.
  7. Supports implementation and ramp up of WCP across all GWS EA entities in the US.
  8. Supports efforts to grow centralized/shared resources and provides leadership when teams need a home outside of a single sector.
  9. Ensures talent in the US is managed across sectors and creates a sense of community.
  10. Responsible for coordination and liaison with LFM.
  11. Supports enterprise accounts to ensure successful operations in the country.
  12. Supports accounts and sectors to drive growth opportunities.
  13. Travel expected 30%.

What you'll need:

  1. Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in Facilities Management is essential.
  3. Established track record of effectively managing large-scale budgets for planning.
  4. Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance is preferred.
  5. Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive and complicated information and handle problems.
  6. Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments.
  7. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  8. Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  9. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Compensation: The minimum salary for the position is $200,000 annually and the maximum salary is $280,000 annually. The offered compensation will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
