First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Vendor Management Officer to join our Card Services Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing credit card loyalty platform and digital servicing capabilities for card products. Key deliverables include customer experience strategy, product design and capabilities, functionality enhancements, engagement and promotion execution, and third-party vendor management to ensure SLAs and financial metrics are met. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (hours may vary) Compensation The annual salary range for this role is: $74,000 - $100,000 per year; commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business, economics, or equivalent work experience required. Additional education/coursework in a technical field such as Computer Science, Math, Statistics, etc. a plus. 5 years of experience in marketing, finance or business analysis, including 2 years of experience managing consumer products or services supporting product development, or operating in a project management capacity executing change required. Experience may be an equivalent combination of professional experience or education. Consumer lending, payments, banking, or marketing experience preferred. Strong knowledge of the overall banking structure and the relationship between various lines of business. Experience managing card processing platforms (e.g. TSYS, Fiserv, FIS) preferred. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and be able to manage competing priorities.
