What You'll Do: Our ideal candidate must have OPERA experience and will ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity. They will be responsible for best practice standards for optimal profitability and occupancy of the rooms. Additional responsibilities include monitoring departmental costs to ensure performance is within budget and conducts recruitment and training when needed. Here are a couple of the tasks you can expect to do daily: Identify new reservations sales to achieve personal and property revenue goals. Has a clear understanding of the overall market, competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand Identifies the best opportunities for the property based on market conditions and property needs. Monitors same day selling procedures to maximize room revenue and control property occupancy. Assists in monitoring group reservation forecast data.
