Plus, a bus pass is available if needed Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Caregiver to join a growing and dynamic team Job Description: Ensure participants' rights are protected, following established abuse and neglect reporting procedures Maintain confidentiality of participants' health information and records Support participants with daily living skills, including meal prep, grooming, toileting and dressing Assist with mobility and use of assistive devices as per the individual's IPP/ISP Accompany participants during community activities and support treatment program participation Administer or assist with medications as needed, and report when medications need reordering Maintain a clean, sanitary environment by performing routine cleaning tasks Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, reporting maintenance issues promptly Collect data and maintain participant records, including progress notes Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members Position Requirements: Current driver's license & safely drive a van Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to speak, read, write and understand English well Good interpersonal skills Positive attitude, patient and helpful Ability to operate assistive devices including Hoyer lift, wheelchair, walker and gait belt Ability to intermittently lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. with minimal assistance Kahu Malama Nurses is part of Array Corporation , the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream.
