Overview

Maintains the grounds and landscape of the Wayfinder Waikiki by performing a variety of routine tasks on a scheduled basis.

Responsibilities

* Maintains grounds, which includes pruning hedges, shrubs, trees, and gardens; edging walkways; and watering.

* Cleans grounds, garden paths, walkways and removes litter daily.

* Applies fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides to grounds at specified intervals.

* Implements special landscaping or planting projects as directed.

* Cleans out drainage ditches and culverts.

* Empties external rubbish containers.

* Operates equipment such as gas powered lawn mower, weed whacker, blower, pruner, trimmer, pressure washer and other tools as required ensuring safety at all times.

Qualifications

* Previous experience as groundskeeper or landscaper

* High School dipolma or GED

* Must be able to work outside

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $24.50/Hr. - $24.50/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
