What You'll Do
Elevate the well-being of residents, clients, members, employees, and guests by ensuring a pristine and organized environment. Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization tasks in various areas, including the Health Care Center, common areas, and offices.

- Casual Hire (<20 hours per week) Friday and Saturday from 6:00am-2:00pm.
Pay Range Responsibilities - Administers bedside and personal care, such as ambulation, dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, and toileting.
- Changes bed linens, makes beds, and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
- Prepares and maintains records of resident progress and services performed; reporting changes in resident's condition to manager and/or supervisor.
- Performs healthcare-related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and collecting specimens, under the direction of registered nurses and management.
- Transfers, transports, and escorts residents to all functions, including dining room, activities and therapy.
- Assists with exercises under the direction of therapy.
- Answers resident call lights promptly.
- Prepares serving carts and delivers meals for in-room dining to residents.
- Oversees the dining room needs, by determining and assisting with resident, representative, and family member's needs.
- Sets up and assists with resident's meals in the dining room and in-room dining.
- Prepares, maintains, and cleans resident's treatment area.
- Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code.
- Demonstrates competency in skills and techniques necessary to care for residents' needs, as identified through resident assessments, and described in the plan of care and discharge plan.
- Reports all suspicions or allegations of resident abuse outlined in the STOP, REMOVE, REPORT policy and procedures.
- Maintains the confidentiality of resident care information outlined under the HIPAA regulations.
- Maintains safe and sanitary work stations and equipment.
- Encourages resident independence, attendance at activities, restorative programs, and rehabilitation.
- Maintains the self-respect, personal dignity, physical safety of each resident.
- Attends in-service training, floor orientation, staff meetings and education sessions, as required.
- Attends and collaborates in resident care plans.
- Participates in the evacuation of residents during an emergency or disaster.
- Performs cleaning schedules as established.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
