POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Chef or designee, this position is primarily responsible for all clean-up and washing duties within A Catered Experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Washes pots, pans, floors, dishes, carriers, and other containers used in production on a daily basis.
2. Performs janitorial duties for the kitchen, including but not limited to, emptying trash & cleaning/organizing storage areas.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
3. Performs various other duties as directed in support of A Catered Experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Scheduling:
* Must be able to work Monday through Sunday, holidays, 5:00 am to 7:00 pm
2. Physical Ability:
* Able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
* Able to stand or walk up to 8 hours/day on a regular basis
3. Mental Ability:
* Able to read and comprehend instructions written in the English language
4. Pre-Employment Requirements:
* Must pass pre-employment physical and drug-screening
* Must also have passed a TB test within 5 years of start date with skin test
5. Environmental Conditions:
* Warm and cold temperatures
* Busy kitchen environment
