Waimamalo Beach, HI, USA, 41-202 Kalanianaole Hwy #7, Waimamalo Beach, Hawaii, United States of America Req #1610 Friday, April 9, 2021 Greet and assist guests with the highest degree of guest service . Assist all departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

* Extend services in a courteous manner to visitors arriving to Sea Life Park Hawaii provide information about the park, products, provide assistance to visitors as needed.

* Greet and Escort guest via tours created by Sea Life Park Hawaii

* Attend and work special functions, as needed

* Works closely with other departments to expedite front lines by ensuring a smooth flow of customer traffic/activity; create friendly environment as outstanding customer services is provided.

* Provide assistance to Manager of the Day (MOD)

* Performs other related duties as required or assigned by the Reservations Supervisor / Operations Manager.
