Royal Hawaiian Movers has an Immediate opening for a driven and goal-oriented General Managerof HHG (Household Goods) to lead our Military and Commercial department in Honolulu.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

* Ensure all processes follow and revolve around good safety habits

* Responsible for developing and adhering to annual P&L which include revenue forecasting and managing operational and capital expenses

* Analyze and put into motion ways to minimize cost within the department

* Analyze and put into motion ways to increase sales within the department

* Analyze and put into motion ways to increase efficiency within the department

* Develop programs/processes/procedures

* Identify gaps in policies and procedures and make steps to fix the issue

* Lead a team of 100 125 through training, guiding, coaching, and mentoring

* Administer disciplinary action when required

* Participate with hiring process at certain levels

* Adhere to and ensure employees follow company guidelines and handbook

* Ensure we follow government/federal/state guidelines for the movement of household goods

* Build and sustain relationships with partners locally, nationally, and internationally

* Personal vehicle to commute locally

* Sit on a couple boards relevant to the industry (company paid)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Travel (company paid, Mainland maybe international)

* Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related field of study

* 5+ years experience in operations management is required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Able to lift 25lbs. unassisted

* Able to sit, stand or type for long periods of time

* Able to drive a vehicle for an extended period of time if needed
