Description:

The purpose of this internship is to provide an opportunity for High School Students to develop a set of skills.Common responsibilities include engaging, performing and learning in both the workforce and workshop environment.

COUNTER EXPEDITOR (PACKER)

  • Confirm that the Fast Food Counter orders fulfilled as requested
  • Provide any necessary additional items for product enjoyment

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Students aged 16 - 18 years old who is of Junior or Senior standings
  • Willingness to commit to entirety of 8 week program
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours and up to a maximum of 30 hours per a week based on the schedule provided by Store Management
  • Willingness to follow guidance from Management, Steff and Workshop Keynote Speakers
  • Ability to follow all policies and procedures established by the company
    • Banned Grooming Fashion Accessories: acrylic or fake nails, visible tattoos on the face, facial piercings or gauges (no larger than 5 mm)
    • Must attend as scheduled shift in proper work attire per dress code
  • Provide Proof of Valid Employment Documents
    • Identification Authorizing Employment in the U.S.A

PROGRAM COMPENSATION
  • Competitive Wages
  • $150 will be awarded to those that meet the eligibility criteria at the end of the program*
    • Should an Intern continue employment with the company, the Intern will receive an ADDITIONAL $100 after 180 days of continued employment*
