Starting Wage Range: $16.50 to $18.50 per hour

As an Inventory Coordinator, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, ensuring our store's inventory is managed and controlled with precision. If you're passionate about minimizing outages, implementing strategic inventory solutions, and maintaining an optimal store mix, we want to hear from you!

-Minimize outages by executing proactive inventory management strategies.
-Develop and monitor inventory management reports to stay one step ahead of the game.
-Implement location codes and cycle counting for a well-organized and accurate inventory system.
-Oversee the introduction of exciting new items to our store mix.
-Monitor shrinkage and recommend innovative ways to reduce theft and breakage.
-Identify obsolete inventory and lead the charge in its strategic removal.
-Maintain adequate inventory levels to ensure we never miss a beat.
-Keep the flow seamless by overseeing and reviewing inter-store transfers.

Requirements

-Education/Training: High School degree; College degree preferred.
-Experience: Direct sales and inventory experience in a retail environment.
-Skills/Knowledge: Excel in quantitative and computer skills. Familiarity with database management and data analysis is a plus. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access.
-Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, and the ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
