We are seeking a Bakery Assistant Manager. You will serve a key role in supervising and training bakery employees. You will also be responsible in managing daily production including quality sanitation and safety standards, production planning (including holiday, special occasions and new items), employee training and support of the management team to achieve corporate goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Must be flexible with work schedule, available for any shift, any day
  
• Has minimum of 5 years in the baking industry
  
• Has minimum 1 year in a management position
  
• Has retail bakery experience preferred, multi unit or large box store
  
• Able to operate various bakery equipment
  
• Able to calculate baking formulas using baker's percentage
  
• Able to understand financial data and make appropriate decisions for improvement
  
• Highly skilled in baking techniques with a variety of yeast doughs, cake decorating, laminated doughs, creams and fillings, individual desserts
