My name is Loke Russell and I am a Sales and Family Service Leader of Homelani and Kona Memorial Park on the Big Island. Originally, I am from Moloka'i and am honored to work in this industry for the past 5 years serving families in time of need, whether it be after losing a loved one, or in assisting them to discover the benefits of planning ahead in order to help protect their loved ones.

I find joy in the fact that my team truly cares for the families we serve. I'm extremely excited to announce that I have one new Family Service Advisor position available to join my team of professionals. The lucky candidate would need to be extremely driven, deliver on promises, and have a passion for helping others. As a Family Sales Advisor you’ll utilize various lead sources including web leads, direct mail responses, and in-person restaurant seminars to drive sales.

  • Answer customer questions about products, prices, and availability
  • Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs
  • Complete paperwork neatly and accurately, including all interment verification procedure
  • Answer inquiries about products and services for both pre-need planning and at-need preparation
  • Call and confirm all arrival times for current day memorial services
  • Set up meetings with clients to help review potential services
  • Explain all options of pre-need property, merchandise and services to families


  • Creative, outgoing and energetic
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
