CAMPBELL OPERATIONS/FACILITY MANAGER

Immediate opening for Operations/Facility Manager for a Scaffold Company located in Campbell. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader, confident decision-maker, helping our warehouse staff develop and be productive, reliable attendance, highly responsible and motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Plans, implements and monitors the day-to-day operations of the warehouse & documents productivity
• Ability to manage warehouse personnel
• Manage warehouse operations daily to maintain rent ready condition without loss of capacity or reliance
• Train employees on proper maintenance and storage of all equipment and operational machinery/vehicles
• Quality Control- the QC main function is to balance the job/customer inventory and act as a liaison

between the company and the customers, take a proactive stance to resolve discrepancies/issues before the material is processed and before the billing process takes place

• Comply with all OSHA and DOT requirements
• Ensure staff follows health & safety regulations, as well as company policies
• Develop procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary
• Engage in verifying, keeping records on incoming & outgoing orders/shipments
• Knowledge in Construction, mechanical, & Electrical back ground a plus

Experience:

• 10 years in construction trade/management
• 5 years lead or supervisory position of construction/construction supply labor crew
• Familiar w/Scaffolding Systems & Concrete Forming Systems- helpful but not necessary
• Mechanically inclined with a working knowledge of electrical motors, associate drive systems & welding
• Leadership skills
• Great customer service  
• Excellent communication skills, oral, & written- MS Office, Word, Excel
• Must have good organizational skills and ability to make good decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Very organized, detail-oriented and flexible to accommodate constant changes
• Hand & Power Tools

Requirements:

• Valid Hawaii Driver’s License
• Able to pass back ground check
• Read & write proficiently
• Able to walk through the day
• Able to lift 50lbs daily
• Required: Drug & Physical Test, HECO Security Clearance, DBIDS, TWIC, Rapid Gate, & Behavioral

Assessment

Compensation: Pay commensurate w/experience $65K-$85K
