Friendly, smiley individual needed to welcome callers and walk-in customers to our store. Qualified applicants must have helpful, outgoing personalities with a smile on their face as well as in their voice as they welcome customers, and as they answer and transfer incoming phone calls to the appropriate individual or department.

In addition to receptionist duties, receptionist will also assist the sales admin to process and record sales, keep showroom neat, and update showroom samples and other signage within the showroom.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Able to work any day of the week, including weekends
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • Able to sit for long periods of time; kneel and stand while carrying showroom samples; and ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

Prior work experience as receptionist, customer service, or other front office work preferred.
