Administrative Assistant (Retail)

Well-established retail company, locally owned since 1974 and employee-owned since 2013, is looking for administrative assistants to support its sales teams.

Desired Qualities:

  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Detail-oriented and organized;
  • Able to multi-task;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel;
  • Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs;
  • Able to understand, speak, write, and read English;
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Able to work independently, yet cooperatively, with sales team members and other co‑workers;
  • Willingness and ability to perform all required duties and additional duties as needed.

Minimum two years of experience in customer service, administrative assistant/ office or sales is preferred.

Work Hours:  8:00 am to 5:30 pm (45 hrs/ week). Some early morning meetings.  This is a non‑exempt position.

Work Days:  Any day, including weekends.
