ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (RETAIL SALES)
Well-established retail company, locally owned since 1974 and employee-owned since 2013, is looking for administrative assistants to support its sales teams.
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Detail-oriented and organized;
- Able to multi-task;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel;
- Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs;
- Able to understand, speak, write, and read English;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Able to work independently, yet cooperatively, with sales team members and other co‑workers;
- Willingness and ability to perform all required duties and additional duties as needed.
Minimum two years of experience in customer service, administrative assistant/ office or sales is preferred.
Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (45 hrs/ week). Some early morning meetings. This is a non‑exempt position.
Work Days: Any day, including weekends.
