Role Overview As a CWMD Strategy and Policy Analyst you will design and implement mission‑critical solutions for CWMD programs, research and develop strategic initiatives that improve policies and alignment, and support critical decision‑makers in integrated defense missions. Your work will shape key policies and ensure procedural excellence across civilian and homeland security efforts.Responsibilities • Develop and analyze procedures, workflows and documentation for CWMD or defense policy programs.• Conduct timely and effective policy analysis to support decision‑making in complex operational environments.• Collaborate cross‑functionally with experts to shape policies and enhance program compliance.Qualifications Experience developing and analyzing procedures, workflows and documentation for CWMD or defense policy programs.Knowledge of national security policy, compliance standards and risk identification and mitigation strategies.Ability to deliver timely and effective analyses to support decision‑making in complex operational environments.Top Secret clearance.Bachelor's degree.Preferred Qualifications Experience with stakeholder engagement for cross‑agency coordination under national security programs.Knowledge of treaty compliance, policy optimization strategies and defense mission planning.Master's degree in Policy Analysis, National Security Studies or Public Administration.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.Clearance Applicants will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
