Key Responsibilities

• Digitize physical records including scanning, naming, organizing, and shredding files.
• Work with Microsoft tools including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Maintain confidentiality and organization of sensitive government files.
• Follow directions and independently manage time to meet daily task goals.
• Lift and move physical materials (up to 25 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Communicate effectively in-person, over the phone, and via email.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience: The ideal candidate should have prior experience in office administration or records management, with familiarity in handling tasks such as scanning, naming, organizing, and shredding documents. Experience working independently, managing time effectively, and performing physical dutiessuch as standing for extended periods and lifting materials up to 25 lbs.is preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, is required. The candidate should be comfortable navigating digital filing systems and using these tools to support daily administrative operations.
• Other Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision are essential. The candidate must also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional phone and email etiquette, and a dependable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic.
