Store Sales Associate

Full‑Time, Day Shift schedule (overtime and weekends as needed).

Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour with weekly pay and full‑time benefits.

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Sunday: Closed

Description

As a Store Sales Associate, you will engage directly with customers to help them select the right products for their painting projects. This role emphasizes customer service and requires a confident, responsible individual who takes initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Connecting with customers and making product recommendations.
• Mixing, tinting, and matching paint to meet customer specifications.
• Learning about PPC Brands and supporting store operations.
• Processing orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email.
• Safely handling, loading, and unloading products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Supporting general store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license issued by the state where the position is based, with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Customer service skills with a team‑oriented focus.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
