Hybrid/Remote - Florida Residency required (1099 option available for out of state)

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HB/PB/HIM applications, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
• Utilize your expertise in HB/PB/HIM applications to streamline scheduling, referral, and registration processes, improving patient access and experience.
• Demonstrate service excellence and maintain a positive interpersonal relationship when dealing with others.
• Prepare documentation and assist in defining workflows in collaboration with team members and operational users.
• Identify, manage, and communicate issues and risks for supported applications.
• Collaborate with peers to create and maintain standard team‑specific documentation and consistently improve documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent education/experience.
• Epic Resolute HB/PB application expertise.
• Three years of Healthcare IT experience.
