Job Description

US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting‑edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission, coalition partners and emerging nations. The US BICES‑X team directly supports US SOCOM with information‑sharing initiatives and is part of a larger Consolidated Dissemination Center (CDC) and Mission Support team responsible for large‑scale dissemination, sharing and collaboration projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dissemination of US produced intelligence products in support of coalition information‑sharing requirements.
• Disseminate information in support of real‑world efforts, using best practices to ensure information is discoverable and available to the right person at the right time, in a usable format.
• Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operational success.
• Collect data using standard intelligence methods and business processes.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• Apply principles, methods, processes and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis.
• Work closely with US producers to disseminate their information to Coalition networks, including US BICES.
• Provide feedback and metrics to leadership regarding production, dissemination and consumption of products across various networks.
• Generate intelligence reports.
• Meet specific certifications or military education/training when required for the assignment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience.
• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.
• BA/BS degree (additional experience may substitute).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, processes and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis.
• Additional specific certifications may be required depending on assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Combatant Command Foreign Disclosure Officers to release products to a wider audience.
• Experience researching and writing intelligence reports.
• Experience supporting multinational customers.
• Experience working with deployed personnel.
• Capability to work at client site locations with required safety precautions; handling light materials may be required.

Compensation

The likely salary range for this position is $69,264 – $80,500. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could be outside this range.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Travel Required: 10‑25%
