Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an Assistant Spa Manager who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Assistant Spa Manager assists the Director of Spa in motivating and developing a skilled team while supervising all staff. Ensuring all day-to-day standards and procedures are adhered to and delivered at the highest level. The ideal spa assistant manager candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task.

On Oahu's sunny western coast wild, rugged and conveniently close to Honolulu and Waikiki Beach five-star Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina balances a classic Hawaiian style with one-of-a-kind luxury. Chic and light-filled with vast ocean views, our 371 accommodations provide a personal sanctuary in this all-encompassing Hawaiian luxury beach resort. Restaurants and bars are infused with the magnetic energy of Ko Olina. Guests have the opportunity to splash into lively pools and lagoons, with numerous water sports right off the Resort's own beach. They are also able to play tennis and golf, then relax in the Spa wrapped in the effortless elegance of Four Seasons.

What you will do:

  • Leads by example and instills a culture of continuous learning and improvement among employees
  • Ensures the department is kept in an organized manner in accordance with company philosophy and policies, maximizing efficiency and productivity and achieving established goals
  • Ensures all administration duties including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, and expense/supply are maintained and effective.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate operational activities with key relationships in all retail outlets and the Four Seasons staff.
  • Provide the Director with timely updates on spa operations, and assist in creating and implementing opportunities for improving guest services and Spa operations.

What you will bring:

  • 4-year college/university degree
  • Prior experience as a people leader
  • Previous experience within a resort/hotel luxury spa
  • Active proponent of health, fitness, and wellness
  • Excellent communication skills for both guest and management interaction
  • The ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests' needs and desires
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of spa sales and retail development
  • Fluency in English
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Compensation: $75,705 per year
