Position Overview

A leading Hawaii-based healthcare organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and elevate brand visibility. This organization provides a range of pharmacy and healthcare services across the islands and is looking for a leader who can blend high-level strategy with hands-on execution to support its mission and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead sales strategies to meet revenue goals across multiple service lines.
• Manage and grow a high-performing sales team.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).
• Build and maintain relationships with media, community partners, and healthcare professionals.
• Manage marketing budgets, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA).
• Collaborate with internal leadership to align sales and marketing goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Business, Marketing, Nursing, or Pharmacy.
• 3+ years progressive sales, marketing or business development experience
• 1+ years leadership experience
• Proven leadership experience in sales and marketing, ideally within healthcare or related industries.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Understanding of healthcare systems, including payer/provider networks and pharmacy operations.
• Ability to work cross-functional and represent the organization externally.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
