Mission Operations Engineer, Connected Warfare (Active Clearance)
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. The Mission Operations Engineer will own customer relationships and deploy Anduril products in support of missions, working with product, engineering, sales, and logistics teams to ensure customer and mission success.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products. Lead planning and deployment of flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions. Deploy products to the field, train end users, and ensure high performance. Gather user feedback to improve the user experience and product usability, and coordinate with product teams to address issues.
- Shape products to meet mission needs. Work with customers to understand their challenges and represent the customer to engineers to influence product development for critical national and international security challenges.
- Collaborate across teams. Engage with business development, engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operations, and other teams to ensure successful deployments and informed stakeholders.
- Grow the business through customer success. Maintain operational and executive relationships and meet commercial targets; articulate Anduril's value proposition from executive to end user to position Anduril for the future.
- What You'll Do. Work with DoD customers to develop and deploy integrated hardware-software C2 products, manage deliverables, and implement performance measurements; write technical reports and create user engagement roadmaps. Design and implement user feedback loops, triage requirements, and prioritize issues found during training, exercises, and routine use.
What We're Looking For
- Required Qualifications
- Experience in technical program or account management roles
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications
- Experience in program management and product deployment roles
- Secret/TS Clearance with SCI eligibility strongly preferred
- Willing to travel up to 50%
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Joint intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems
- Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical C2 concepts and processes
- Prior military or government acquisition or contracting experience
- Direct experience in management consulting or product management
Compensation & Benefits
US Salary Range: $108,000—$162,000 USD
