Bishop & Company is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a financial institution in Honolulu. Ideal candidate will have 1 years of experience and proficiency using ADP. Key Responsibilities: Timely and accurate preparation and processing of payroll. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving payroll related issues. Preparation and reconciliation of general ledger worksheets, payroll journals, tax reporting and benefit/payroll tax payments. Prepare and distribute required tax reporting documents including W-2 s. Coordination efforts between payroll, HR, finance and other stakeholders to ensure proper payroll processing. Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma required. - 1 years of payroll experience required (3 years preferred). - ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
