DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior Project Manager, reporting to the President, you will:

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and costs to minimize exposure and risk.
  • Ensure procurement and proposal development activities stay on schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and joint venture partners.
  • Coordinate efforts of all project parties, including owners, architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Monitor and report construction progress regularly and hold status meetings with clients or consultants.
  • Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Assist with post-bid work plans, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Participate in production tracking and post-job analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 15+ years' experience in drilled shaft installation.
  • At least 2 years of experience working over waterways via barges or trestles.
  • 5+ years' experience as a responsible project manager.
  • 5+ years' experience as a responsible estimator.
  • Experience in constructing CIDH piles, retaining walls, shoring, and tiebacks.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
