DESCRIPTION :

As a Senior Project Manager reporting to the President, you will:

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and costs to minimize exposure and risk.
  • Ensure procurement and proposal development activities progress according to schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and joint venture partners responsible for various phases of work.
  • Coordinate efforts among all project stakeholders, including owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and report on construction progress regularly and conduct status meetings with clients and/or the consulting team.
  • Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Assist with post-bid work plans, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Participate in production tracking and post-job analysis.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Drilled Shaft installation.
  • At least 2 years of experience, or completion of at least two projects, over waterways via barges or trestles.
  • 5+ years of experience as the responsible project manager.
  • 5+ years of experience as the responsible estimator.
  • Experience in constructing Cast-in-drilled-hole (CIDH) Piles, retaining walls, shoring, and tie-backs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
