DESCRIPTION :

As a Senior Project Manager reporting to the President, you will:

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and costs to minimize exposure and risk.
• Ensure procurement and proposal development activities adhere to schedule.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and joint venture partners.
• Coordinate efforts among owner, architect, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report construction progress regularly and hold status meetings.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Assist with post-bid work plans, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
• Participate in production tracking and post-job analysis.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• 15+ years' experience in Drilled Shaft installation.
• Experience completing projects over waterways via barges and/or trestles.
• At least 5 years as the responsible project manager.
• At least 5 years as the responsible estimator.
• Experience in constructing CIDH Piles, retaining walls, shoring, and tie backs.
• Excellent communication skills.
