Bishop & Company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Utility Joint Use Aide to support Joint Pole Use operations. The position will be based on O?ahu and primarily assist with joint use operations across all islands, with a focus on Maui. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining pole attachment records, processing carrier applications, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Receive and process pole attachment applications from communication carriers. Enter and manage application and attachment information in the companys pole attachment database. Prepare and issue acknowledgment letters to communication carriers. Maintain joint use pole records and related data in both electronic and manual formats. Conduct research on utility poles and provide joint pole or attacher information as needed. Respond to inquiries and collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
