Join our dedicated Retail Team at Waipahu Thrift Store, supporting the Adult Rehabilitation Program. Promote a positive shopping/donor experience, enhance customer service, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and donors courteously.
• Stock and merchandise items.
• Maintain store and donation area cleanliness.
• Follow POS/Cash Register Policies.
• Ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Attend monthly store meetings.
• Receive, unload, and stock inventory accurately.
• Inspect products for defects.
• Assist donors with donations and provide receipts.
• Sort and stack donated materials properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate POS/cash register accurately.
• Background check clearance.
• Effective communication skills.

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive motions.

Schedule

Stores operate 7 days/week; schedules vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
