Serves as an engineer primarily supporting new and existing In-Flight Entertainment (IFE), In-Flight Connectivity (IFC/ WiFi) equipment installations, enhancements and modifications for hardware, wiring, and software integration, across multiple fleets. Researching vendor service bulletins and reliability improvements to generate engineering orders and technical documents for installation. Assist with troubleshooting defects in both Line and Base environments, supporting component repairs and overseeing vendor technical support of systems above. Support other cabin related projects as required.
