Chronos Operations (CO), a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, provides mission-critical services in analytics, AI, software engineering, cybersecurity, IT, and intelligence, headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO.

The Construction Manager will oversee designated construction projects for NAVFAC Pacific, ensuring operational objectives are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review RFIs, coordinate with government SMEs, and provide recommendations for approval.
  • Conduct quality assurance and monitor environmental compliance.
  • Review construction submittals, reports, and as-builts, providing notes and recommendations.
  • Perform field investigations and document findings.
  • Report environmental, safety, and compliance issues promptly.
  • Update project status reports and attend coordination meetings.
  • Assist in inspections, utility coordination, and mishap investigations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Ability to complete NAVFAC or USACE CQM course within 30 days.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
