Summary

The Director of Sales and Marketing oversees the hotel's sales and marketing operations, including budget management, revenue forecasting, advertising, marketing, business plan development, and participation in ownership meetings. This role develops and executes short-term and long-term strategies across all sales, catering, and marketing channels to meet revenue targets and enhance market share.

The Director leads sales and event teams, trainees, interns, and administrative staff. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching managers, managing contractual agreements, quoting rates, and managing client accounts. The Director reports directly to the General Manager.

The salary range is $183,700 to $238,700 annually.
