We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team in beautiful Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, supporting NAVFAC.Position Overview: As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the on-site leader, coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:* Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and customer representatives.* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.* Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.* Resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively.QualificationsQualifications:* Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in construction with at least ten (10) years of experience.* Strong leadership and communication skills.* Knowledge of NAVFAC procedures and requirements is a plus.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.* Commitment to safety and quality.
