The Work

The SIGINT--ELINT Analyst is a specialized role focused on the analysis of Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) and signals collection. The primary responsibility is to provide accurate and timely ELINT analysis to support the USARPAC G37 Theater Exercises mission. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background in ELINT and a commitment to maintaining high standards of intelligence analysis in support of national security and operational readiness.

  • Conduct in-depth ELINT analysis and signals collection activities.
  • Analyze technical characteristics of electronic signals in the RF and digital domains.
  • Determine the structure, parameters, content, and purpose of electronic signals.
  • Produce detailed reports and briefings based on ELINT analysis findings.
  • Support shift work to ensure continuous intelligence coverage.
  • Assist in planning and executing exercises to enhance joint forces readiness.
  • Maintain proficiency in ELINT analysis through continuous learning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Here's What You Need

  • At least 5 years of experience in ELINT analysis or signals collection.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic signal characteristics, structure, parameters, and content.
  • Ability to analyze and report on the technical aspects of electronic signals.
  • Willingness to perform shift work.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
  • Completion of SIGE2810 and SIGE3810 courses or equivalent training.
  • High school diploma or GED with 9+ years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 7+ years, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in a related field.
  • Ability to pass background checks.
  • Problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
  • High mental focus and precision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe tools.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with INDOPACOM intelligence and regional threats.
  • Credentialing or ELINT analyst certification courses.
  • Advanced ELINT training such as MESAP or MOSAP.
